Building people. Through sport. For life.

Millions of young people walk into a gym every year. Most walk out with a stat line. We use the discipline and belonging of sport to deliver the things that actually decide a life.

Sports are the vehicle. People are the mission.

The ball was never the point — the person holding it is. Everything RISE builds sits on that: resilience, literacy, ownership, and opportunity, delivered through the one environment young people already show up for.

What RISE does

We design it,
we run it,
then we hand
you the keys.

RISE designs, implements, and manages evidence-based youth development programs that improve academic engagement, leadership, life skills, and community outcomes through sport, mentorship, and entrepreneurship.

01

Design

Sports-based leadership curriculum written for the age, the culture, and the community it serves — never pulled off a shelf. Every module maps to an outcome a school board, city council, or ministry can defend in public.

02

Implement

Trained facilitators, coaches, and mentors delivering weekly programming on site. RISE doesn't hand over a binder and leave. We run it until your people can run it.

03

Manage

Attendance, engagement, behavior, academic and leadership indicators — tracked, reported, and delivered as an impact report your funders, sponsors, and constituents can actually read.

The ecosystem

One center.
Three engines.
Three outcomes.

RISE is not a league, a camp, or a clinic. It's an ecosystem — human potential at the center, every offering feeding the same result. Hover an engine to follow it through.

The framework

The R.I.S.E.
framework

Four pillars taught in every gym, every classroom, and every market we operate in — and the same four we assess against at the end of a term.

R

Resilience

The capacity to lose, be corrected, be uncomfortable — and come back. Sport teaches it faster than any classroom, because the scoreboard doesn't negotiate.

I

Intelligence

Game IQ, academic literacy, financial literacy, emotional intelligence. We treat the mind as an athlete's most under-trained muscle.

S

Stewardship

You're responsible for the room, the team, the block, the name you carry. Talent is loaned; stewardship is what you do with it.

E

Elevation

Nobody rises alone. Every participant is trained to lift the next one — which is how a program becomes a pipeline and a pipeline becomes a legacy.

Program architecture

Six divisions.
One pipeline.

A nine-year-old at a first clinic and a national federation buying a coaching system are on the same ladder. That's the design — nothing in RISE is a one-off.

RISE Essentials

Where the relationship starts. On-court, on-site programming that gets a child in the door and keeps a family coming back.

  • RISE Rookies, ages 3–9 — first touch and confidence
  • Basketball training and skills clinics, ages 10+
  • Afterschool program design, staffing, and delivery
  • Nutrition, strength, mindset, and film evaluation
3–18Age range served

RISE Academy

Training the people who train everyone else — turning participants into practitioners with paid pathways into the sports economy.

  • Coaches training curriculum and officiating support
  • Internships and long-form apprenticeships
  • Workforce development, not a certificate mill
  • Funded sponsorship program — access is earned
16+Entry age for the coaching pipeline

RISE Learning Hub

The part that outlives the sport. Fewer than 2% of high school athletes go pro — this is built for the other 98%, and it makes the 2% harder to exploit.

  • Financial literacy, résumé building, career planning
  • NIL and NCAA readiness
  • Leadership program for youth and the parents raising them
  • Workshops, 1:1, group sessions, career shadowing
98%Of athletes need a second plan

RISE Consulting

For institutions that already have young people and need the program. We install the system, train your staff, run the first cycle beside them, then hand over documentation.

  • Curriculum integration into existing academic calendars
  • School and athletic department programming
  • Community engagement events, end to end
  • Media training and media day production

RISE Merch

Uniform is identity. Merch is how a participant walks through their neighborhood wearing proof they belong to something — and how a brand shows up in that story honestly.

  • Camp and clinic kit priced into registration
  • Limited drops tied to cohorts and championships
  • Co-branded apparel and footwear partnerships
  • Category exclusivity by market

RISE International

There are nations with extraordinary talent and no infrastructure to hold it. We build it on the ground, with local coaches, so the capability stays after we leave.

  • Clinics for youth and national squads
  • Coaches certification to RISE standard
  • Multi-year program implementation with agreed KPIs
  • Ministries, federations, NGOs, and corporate partners

Media & proof

Every engagement
produces the media
that proves it
happened.

Boards, funders, comms teams, and sponsors all ask the same question at the end of a term: show me. So we shoot it, cut it, and hand it over — assets you can put in a report, a press release, or a feed.

Media day production

Broadcast-quality assets built for your program — portraits, cutaways, and hype pieces shot on site, delivered ready for socials, press, and grant reporting.

Content capture

Every RISE engagement is documented as it runs. Your comms team gets the photography and video without staging a separate shoot or borrowing stock.

Media training

Athletes, coaches, and staff trained to speak for themselves and their program — on camera, at a podium, in front of a council.

Accountability

We report.
Every time.

Passion is the reason we start. Evidence is the reason partners renew. Every RISE engagement produces documentation a funder, a board, a sponsor, or a ministry can put on the table.

Participation

Enrollment, weekly attendance, retention across the full term, and parent engagement rates.

Academic engagement

Study habits, school attachment, and success-habit indicators captured with partner schools.

Why partner with RISE

What you get,
depending on
who you are.

Public outcomes
you can defend

RISE fills the highest-risk hours of a young person's day with structure, mentorship, and measurable engagement. We staff locally, train the residents you already employ, and leave capability behind — so the investment compounds instead of expiring with the contract.

  • Attendance and behavioral data, term over term
  • Parent engagement records
  • Impact reports formatted for council presentations and grant compliance
  • Maps to parks & rec, workforce, youth services, and prevention budgets
Leadership

Built by people
who lived
the gap.

RISE wasn't designed in a boardroom. It was designed by two people who saw what happens to talented young people when the system around them ends at the final buzzer.

When you enter RISE,
you leave better
than you arrived.

That applies to a nine-year-old at their first clinic, a coach earning their first certification, a brand entering a community, and a ministry building a national system. Bring us your young people. We'll hand them back different.
